The data used in this project was first introduced by Burak Arıkan. Burak asked me to code a flash version and add some additional features to the initial interface design. Now we are working on it in order to put it out there as an online tool where you will be able to put in your own data and play with it.
Keyboard Controls:
LEFT / RIGHT____________decrease / increase MAXimum edge lengthUP / DOWN______________decrease / increase MINimum edge width
SHIFT + MOUSE CLICK____FIX a node to current position (click again for release)

Closer nodes have a strong weight relationship where distant ones have weak.Thick lines also indicate strong weight relationships.
In order to make it more readable, try these:
Remove the bounds so that nodes can go out of the screen. You will notice that less important nodes are going to the edges.Increase the mass a little bit, nodes will push each other more. When you decide, fix selected node(s) so the graph will not float in space, it will balance.
Increase or decrease maximum edge length, this will also help balancing the graph.
